This boutique hotel is a delightful gem in El Poblado. With stylish rooms and hospitable staff, my stay was incredibly enjoyable. The complimentary minibar was a nice touch, and the location provided easy access to local attractions. Just a heads-up, the nightlife nearby can be a bit loud!

While the location is fantastic, the experience was a mixed bag. The room was stylish but overlooked some details like an incomplete ceiling and inconsistent shower temperatures. Even though staff were friendly, some service issues made for a tumultuous visit, especially with communication. It has potential with ongoing improvements.

I absolutely loved my stay here! The breakfast spread was amazing with fresh fruit and made-to-order eggs. The room had a super comfy bed and huge shower. The only downside was a bit of noise from the street at night, but it didn’t ruin my time at all. 🌟

Had a great experience with the staff, especially a maid named Juenira who was always friendly and helpful. The room had a fridge and a nice teapot which was perfect for my late-night coffee fixes!

Rooms can feel cramped, which might be a dealbreaker for travelers intending to spend much time indoors. Also, the breakfast options leave a lot to be desired, considering the steep price tag—certainly not a great return on the investment. Finally, there's a quirky guest policy that can catch you off guard if you’re not prepared.
